We want you to feel secure with your order. Therefore, you naturally have the right to cancel as long as you have not yet sent your hair sample.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / GOODWILL POLICY / REFUND
Under applicable United States law, there is no legal obligation to provide refunds for digital, personalized services of this kind.
Nevertheless, in justified cases, we will refund your order as a gesture of goodwill.
Your order is eligible for cancellation for 14 days, as long as you have not yet sent your hair sample to the laboratory.
In the event of an approved refund:
• The refund will be issued minus 10% transaction and processing fees
• Payment will be made exclusively via bank transfer
• Refunds via credit card, PayPal, or other payment providers are excluded
DIGITAL SERVICE & NO BUYER PROTECTION
The analysis result will be provided exclusively in digital form via email.
Since no physical product is shipped:
• there is no buyer protection through credit card providers, PayPal, or similar payment services
• there is no automatic entitlement to a refund
A refund is legally provided only if:
• the service was not delivered (in this case via email), or
• the delivered service significantly deviates from the described service
In all other cases, refunds are at our sole discretion.
