Right of withdrawal
We want you to feel safe with your order. That's why you of course have a right of withdrawal as long as you haven't sent off your hair sample yet.
Right of withdrawal / goodwill policy / refund
Under applicable United States law, there is no statutory obligation to refund digital, personalized services of this kind.
Regardless of this, we still refund your order as a goodwill gesture in justified cases.
Your order remains eligible for withdrawal for 14 days, until you send your hair sample to the lab.
In the event of an approved refund:
- the refund is made less a 10% transaction and processing fee
- payout is made exclusively by bank transfer
- a refund via credit card, PayPal or other payment providers is excluded
Digital service & no buyer protection
The analysis result is provided exclusively digitally by email.
Since no physical product is shipped, there is:
- no buyer protection via credit card providers, PayPal or similar payment service providers
- no automatic entitlement to a refund
A refund is legally provided only if:
- the service was not delivered (in this case by email), or
- the delivered service differs substantially from the described service
In all other cases, a refund is at our sole discretion.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your contract easily online – no reasons required. Simply use our withdrawal function:
The withdrawal takes two steps: fill in the short form and confirm with “Withdraw now”. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal immediately by email.
Alternatively, you can declare your withdrawal informally by email within the 14-day period: support@haarmineralanalyse.org
The withdrawal function is permanently available on this page and can be reached at any time via the withdrawal link in the footer.
Transparency notice
By completing the order, you expressly agree that:
- this is a digital, individually created service
- the right of withdrawal expires when the hair sample is sent
- a refund is not automatic but only granted as a goodwill gesture
